Territory Manager – West Coast USA Region
The Territory Manager will be responsible for all aspects of customer contact, developing business relationships, product introduction and budgetary preparations, demonstrations, bid preparation and negotiations, and overall maintenance and care of existing and new accounts.

Sales Manager – Snow Operations Equipment, USAF Bases (Nationwide, USA)
Eagle & Myslik Inc is a leading provider of high-tech snow operations equipment, specializing in solutions tailored for the unique needs of the United States Air Force (USAF). Currently, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our sales strategy and operations across USAF bases throughout the country. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase sales of snow operations equipment across USAF bases nationwide

Establish, build, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the USAF

Educate prospective and existing clients on the benefits and applications of our snow operations equipment

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations in the snow operations and military sectors

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales service

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other relevant data

Offer customer feedback to our product development teams, helping to refine and innovate our product line
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the snow operations equipment sector or within military institutions

Detailed knowledge of the military procurement process, contract regulations, and compliance issues

Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence effectively at all levels of an organization

Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite

Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Job description:
The role of the Heavy Equipment Mechanic (based from our Tilton, New Hampshire office) is to set-up/PDI, maintain, and repair heavy equipment for our airport clients in the US. The work encompasses a variety of activities including: installation and training for airport clients on new pieces of equipment, performing repairs during the warranty period, and overhauling used equipment for sale to clients.
Responsibilities:
1) Perform maintenance and repair activities on various pieces of heavy equipment
2) Diagnose, service, and repair various systems that are found on pieces of heavy equipment such as: mechanical and computer electronic controls, fuel systems, and hydraulic systems.
3) Troubleshoot malfunctions in the equipment and repair
4) Perform routine maintenance checks and adjustments on such things as fluid levels, hoses, belts, brakes, and tires, changes filters and oil, lubricates vehicles and motor driven equipment
5) Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean, organized and in safe working condition
6) Prepare / maintain work orders
Position Requirements:

Diesel Mechanic Certification with EVT or ASE Certifications preferred
-
At least 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair experience
-
In-depth knowledge of Internal Combustion Engines (both gas and diesel), AC and DC Electrical Systems, Hydraulics, Aerial Equipment, and Heavy Trucks

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot: Fuel Systems, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems
-
Ability to perform complete repair and overhaul functions on heavy equipment
-
Ability to use Diagnostic Software
-
Ability to travel extensively throughout the US as needed (work in Tilton shop when not travelling)
-
Attention to detail, Accurately complete written record of work performed
-
Ability to adhere to strict timelines
-
Team player who can also work autonomously
Candidate must successfully pass pre-employment background and motor vehicle records check. A valid clear driver's license is required.
