Territory Manager – Mid-Western USA Region

The Territory Manager will be responsible for all aspects of customer contact, developing business relationships, product introduction and budgetary preparations, demonstrations, bid preparation and negotiations, and overall maintenance and care of existing and new accounts.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Passion for heavy equipment & industrial/municipal operations

  • Minimum 3 years of related sales experience and/ or 5 years of airport operations/maintenance experience

  • Demonstrated technical ability and “hands-on” related experience with equipment

  • Understanding of modern technologies

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation experience

  • Extensive background in territory development

  • Technical writing/spec writing experience

  • Team player who can also work autonomously

  • Clean driving record

  • Ability and desire to travel extensively throughout Mid-Western USA region

  • Airfield equipment experience is a definite asset

Sales Manager – Snow Operations Equipment, USAF Bases (Nationwide, USA)

Eagle & Myslik Inc is a leading provider of high-tech snow operations equipment, specializing in solutions tailored for the unique needs of the United States Air Force (USAF). Currently, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our sales strategy and operations across USAF bases throughout the country. If you have an in-depth understanding of the military market and a passion for snow operations equipment, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase sales of snow operations equipment across USAF bases nationwide

  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the USAF

  • Educate prospective and existing clients on the benefits and applications of our snow operations equipment

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations in the snow operations and military sectors

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales service

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other relevant data

  • Offer customer feedback to our product development teams, helping to refine and innovate our product line

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the snow operations equipment sector or within military institutions

  • Detailed knowledge of the military procurement process, contract regulations, and compliance issues

  • Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence effectively at all levels of an organization

  • Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail

  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to travel frequently across the United States

Sales Account Manager – Snow Equipment (North East, USA)

Eagle & Myslik Inc is a leading provider of state-of-the-art snow equipment solutions and we're currently seeking an experienced, driven and self-motivated Sales Account Manager to help us expand our business within the US North East Territory.   You'll be responsible for managing relationships with our customers operating in the airfield sector and ensuring they are provided with the most effective and efficient snow equipment on the market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the airfield sector within the North East region

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with current clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling

  • Identify, approach, and secure business from new clients, demonstrating the value of our snow equipment solutions

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region to identify opportunities and key issues

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of client retention

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service, coordinating with the operations and customer service teams

  • Prepare and present sales reports, analytics, and forecasts to the management

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the snow equipment or related industry

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Solid experience with CRM software (Daylite) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to travel frequently within the North East USA region
